1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. Your purchase or use of the UnifiedEA software constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you one (1) lifetime license to use the UnifiedEA software on one (1) live trading account and an unlimited number of demo accounts. This license is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and for your personal use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or software.

3. High-Risk Investment Disclaimer

Trading Forex, CFDs, and other financial instruments is highly speculative and carries a high level of risk. It is possible to lose all of your capital. This Service is not suitable for all investors. You should not speculate with capital that you cannot afford to lose. UnifiedEA is a tool and does not provide financial advice. All trading decisions are your own and you are solely responsible for any losses incurred.

4. No Guarantees of Performance

All performance data, backtests, and testimonials shown on this website are for informational purposes only. **Past performance is not indicative of future results.** Market conditions are constantly changing, and there is no guarantee that the software will perform in the future as it has in the past. We make no guarantees or warranties of profitability.

5. Warranty and Refund Policy

We warrant that the UnifiedEA software will perform substantially in accordance with its documentation. Due to the digital nature of our product and the instant access provided upon purchase, we offer a **14-day conditional refund policy**. A refund may be granted within 14 days of purchase only if you can provide clear evidence (such as screenshots or logs) demonstrating that the software has a critical technical fault that prevents it from functioning as described and that our support team is unable to resolve. Refunds will not be granted for reasons related to trading performance, market losses, or a change of mind.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UnifiedEA, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
